U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will address the graduating class at Santa Rosa Junior College’s commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 26, at 10 a.m. PT. Kanter will discuss the unique challenges community college students face as they seek to balance their studies with other obligations and responsibilities, and will commend the graduates for doing their part to achieve President Obama’s 2020 goal of leading the world in college graduates.
