U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will deliver the commencement address to an estimated 5,000 graduates during ceremonies at California State University, Fullerton, in Fullerton, Calif. The 2012 commencement ceremony will begin at 8 a.m. Sunday, May 20, on campus. In her remarks, Kanter will encourage students to go out into the world and serve but remember to give back through helping others.
