U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter and White House HBCU Executive Director John Wilson will continue the Obama Administration's discussion on college affordability and the shared responsibility to contain costs during a trip to Greensboro, N.C., on Monday. Their remarks are part of a series of conversations that senior Administration officials are having with students, families, educators and local leaders across the country on the importance of keeping higher education affordable.

During their visit, Kanter and Wilson will participate in North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University's "Ensuring College Affordability, Quality and Completion" forum and highlight the Administration's efforts to ensure that every student can access a quality higher education. Kanter and Wilson will take questions from students following their remarks. The day-long event will focus on the fundamental role of college in strengthening America's economic and social prosperity.
