Deb Delisle, U.S. assistant secretary for elementary and secondary education, will deliver remarks at the Technology Literacy Conference on Thursday, March 14, at 3 p.m. at the Sea Mist Resort and Conference Center in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Delisle will deliver a keynote address entitled “State of the Nation on Integrating Technology into Teaching Literacy.” The focus of the conference is to share research and best practices for integrating technology into literacy teaching and learning and to assure that teachers and students are prepared to be competitive in the 21st century.
