Juan Sepúlveda, executive director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics, will address the National Educational Telecommunications Association’s Annual Conference Wednesday in Nashville. Sepúlveda will discuss Latino degree completion and the Obama administration's strategies to increase Latino students' access to a quality education.
