U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will deliver a keynote address to the United States Distance Learning Association’s 2013 National Conference Monday in St. Louis. Kanter will focus on the role online education will play in the Obama Administration's second term education agenda and highlight recent federal efforts to support distance learning and other innovative education practices.
