U.S. Education Secretary to Address Student Body Presidents at National Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C.

U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will give remarks and hold a Question and Answer session at the National Campus Leadership Council’s (NCLC) annual National Leadership Summit at 9:00 a.m. ET on Monday, June 22, in Washington, D.C.

Duncan will discuss a range of topics affecting college youth – from the current student loan interest rate debate to student engagement and college affordability.

The National Campus Leadership Council is a network of student leaders designed to build a stronger national dialogue that includes the student perspective on how potential or existing policies affect college students around the country. Members of the Council are student body presidents from state and private universities as well as liberal arts and community colleges.
