U. S. Department of Education Senior Advisor for Early Learning Jacqueline Jones will join Sen. Robert P. Casey, Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley and state Sen. Pat Browne to discuss public investment in early learning at the Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission 4th Annual Economic Summit from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday, April 4, in Harrisburg, Pa. Dr. Jones will focus on the importance of state investment in early learning.
The Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission was created in September 2008 through Executive Order. The purpose of the Commission is to increase business, civic and public awareness of the importance of early childhood education.
