Greg Darnieder, U.S. Department of Education senior advisor to the Secretary on the College Access Initiative will deliver keynote remarks and participate in a policy summit at the GEAR UP West Conference on Monday, Oct. 25, at the Hilton Convention Center in Vancouver, Wash. Darnieder will discuss the importance of using College Access Impact Data, integration of college access resources and partnership with local education agencies to help students achieve.
Darnieder will also participate in a policy summit discussion among leaders from government, business and college access programs on the importance of helping students with higher expectations, better preparation and greater achievement through college access and success programs like GEAR UP, TRIO and other initiatives.
