Greg Darnieder, Special Advisor to the Secretary on the College Access Initiative, will address the National College Access Network’s (NCAN) national conference, “Turn Up the Volume: College Access for All,” on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 4:30 p.m. CT, in Nashville, Tenn.
Darnieder will provide a federal policy update and discuss the Administration’s higher education goals and plans for the coming year. Begun in 1995, NCAN is dedicated to helping underrepresented middle and high school students aspire to, enroll, and graduate from postsecondary education, and includes hundreds of members from the education, nonprofit, government, civic, and private sectors.
