White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) Executive Director George Cooper and U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for Higher Education Programs James T. Minor will deliver remarks at the National Association of HBCU Title III Administrators, Inc. Annual Technical Assistance Workshop on Wednesday, June 25, at the Hilton Charlotte Center City Hotel. They will discuss the administration’s higher education initiatives and Cooper will focus on current initiatives, funding and upcoming projects geared towards title III sponsored programs.
