Alejandra Ceja, executive director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics (Initiative), will give remarks at a "Dads to Dads Forum" at Western International High School on Saturday, June 4, in Detroit, Michigan. Ceja will discuss the importance of family engagement and provide updates on the progress of Hispanic students' education under the Obama Administration.
The forum, sponsored by the Detroit Area Dads PTA, brings men together for networking, resources, and education on eliminating barriers to success and acquiring the tools to build stronger families, schools, and communities.
