Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) Commissioner Lynnae Ruttledge will give the keynote address at the 2011 spring conference of the National Council of State Agencies for the Blind (NCSAB) at 1:15 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, April 13, in Bethesda, Md. Rutledge will focus her remarks on RSA's current initiatives and will provide an update on the Workforce Investment Act legislation.
NCSAB is an umbrella organization comprised of numerous agencies and organizations that advocate for the blind and visually impaired. It also coordinates the delivery of services that enable blind individuals the ability to lead productive and independent lives and serves as a liaison with the Education Department's RSA and other federal agencies.
