U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan will talk to national and regional reporters at 2:30 p.m. EDT today, Monday, June 13, to discuss the Obama Administration's plans to provide regulatory flexibility around No Child Left Behind (NCLB) if Congress does not complete work on a reauthorization bill by the fall in order to help support reform efforts at the state and local level.
