John Silvanus Wilson, Jr. executive director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) will be the speaker at the winter commencement at the University of Maryland’s Eastern Shore campus at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 17.
