Educational Technology Director to Address Digital Conference in Florence, Ala.

Richard Culatta, director of the U.S. Education Department's Office of Educational Technology, will discuss America's ongoing digital conversion in schools in remarks to a conference Monday in Florence, Ala.

Culatta will deliver the keynote address at the forum, "Every Child, Every Day: A Digital Conversion Model for Student Achievement," hosted by the Education Research and Inservice Center at the University of North Alabama. Among those expected to attend: superintendents, technology coordinators, curriculum supervisors, teachers, board members, community leaders, business and corporate representatives, postsecondary leaders and state education agency representatives.
