U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will testify on the Department’s higher education regulations and issues surrounding student debt before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 7. The hearing will be held in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 430.
Kanter’s testimony will focus on the financial outcomes of students at for-profit colleges as part of a series of hearings the HELP Committee has convened to examine proprietary schools.
