Eduardo Ochoa, assistant secretary for postsecondary education, will give remarks at the University of Pennsylvania’s event, “Preparing Today’s Students for Tomorrow’s Jobs: The Policy, Practice, and Research Issues,” at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, in Philadelphia. He will discuss the Administration’s initiatives to increase access and completion in higher education and produce a workforce with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the 21st century.
