U.S. Deputy Under Secretary of Education Jamienne S. Studley will deliver the keynote address at the Leadership Summit on Cost in Higher Education at 8:45 a.m. ET on Monday, Oct. 21, in Boston, Mass.
The summit, a collaboration of the New England Board of Higher Education, the Davis Educational Foundation, and the region’s 260 colleges and universities, brings together educators and stakeholders to discuss innovative practices and strategies to address the cost and affordability issues that are challenging higher education institutions and students. Studley will discuss the Administration’s recent proposals to make college affordable and improve higher education access, completion and quality.
