Department of Education Assistant Secretary to Deliver Keynote Remarks at the Pathways to Prosperity Summit

U.S. Assistant Secretary for Vocational and Adult Education Brenda Dann-Messier will deliver keynote remarks at the Pathways to Prosperity Summit, Monday, June 13 in Warwick, R.I. The theme of the summit is “Creating Pathways to Prosperity for Young Adults in Rhode Island.” The event will examine the challenges facing young adult students in Rhode Island. Dann-Messier will discuss the Department’s career and technical education transformation strategy and the collaborative role that stakeholder groups can play in designing career pathways that provide youth and adults with multiple opportunities to achieve higher levels of skills and employment.
