Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Russlynn Ali will deliver the commencement address at the afternoon session of Baruch College's 46th Commencement Ceremony Wednesday in New York. The ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. EDT at the Jacob Javits Center's North Complex, 655 W. 34th St. Ali will highlight the immense diversity of the Baruch College student body and how this type of educational experience has prepared them to compete in the 21st century.
