U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and Executive Director of the Council of Great City Schools Mike Casserly will hold a press conference call at 3:30 p.m. ET on Friday, Feb. 10, to discuss a report released by the Council on the impact of the School Improvement Grant (SIG) program in urban districts.
