Dr. Brenda Dann-Messier, assistant secretary for the Office of Vocational and Adult Education, will moderate a panel discussion at the National Association of State Directors of Career Technical Education Fall Meeting Wednesday, Oct. 27 in Linthicum, Md. The panel, entitled “Reactions and Responses: Implications of Learning for Jobs: The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Policy Review of Vocational Education Report,” will feature leaders representing education, industry, research, federal policy, business, and economic sectors.
