Assistant Secretary Ochoa to Serve on Panel at Clinton Global Initiative University Meeting in San Diego

Eduardo Ochoa, assistant secretary for postsecondary education, will serve on a panel entitled, “Financial Aid: Innovation for Affordability,” at the fourth annual Clinton Global Initiative University meeting at 2:30 p.m. PT, Saturday, April 2, at the University of California, San Diego. The panel, moderated by Chelsea Clinton, will examine a variety of strategies, financial mechanisms, and best practices that are making college more affordable and accessible, particularly for low-income students. During the panel, Ochoa will take questions from the audience of 1,000 college students from around the world representing 350 universities in 70 countries, as well as questions received via Facebook and Twitter.
