During remarks, Delisle will highlight the importance of education reform, extending Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) flexibility to states while waiting for the reauthorization of No Child Left Behind, expanding broadband access in schools through the ConnectEd initiative; providing funding for professional development for teachers and making college more affordable. A question-and-answer session will follow.
