Acting Under Secretary Jamienne Studley will discuss the president’s proposal to develop a college rating system that informs students and encourages institutions to improve and innovate at the Ohio College Presidents’ annual conference at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, in Washington, D.C. A question-and-answer session will follow her remarks.
Convened annually by U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, of Ohio, the conference brings to Washington college presidents from Ohio’s
two-year, four-year, public, private and community colleges to discuss common goals, challenges and opportunities in higher education. This year’s conference will focus on access and affordability to higher education, as well as holistically educating students.
