U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will deliver remarks on the state of American education at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Oct. 2, during a National Press Club Speakers Luncheon in Washington, D.C. Duncan will reflect on successes and challenges in education reform over the past four years, and offer his views on moving forward in America's schools. Duncan will take questions following his remarks.
