U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will join Deputy Treasury Secretary Neal Wolin at a meeting of the President's Advisory Council on Financial Capability on Tuesday, Nov. 8. Duncan will address why financial literacy is a skill that all students need to learn in order to build strong financial futures, and he will stress the importance of incorporating those lessons into the classroom.
The event will be held in the Cash Room at the Department of Treasury at 10:30 a.m. ET.
