Deputy Assistant Secretary to Participate in Panel Discussion On Cloud-Based Solutions for Assistive Technology

Sue Swenson, deputy assistant secretary for special education and rehabilitative services, will lead a panel discussion titled “Cloud-based Solutions for Assistive Technologies – Latest implementations and developments for the workplace, e-government, e-health and e-education" at the G3ict's M-Enabling Summit on Tuesday, December 6 in Nation Harbor, Md. The session will explore the benefits of such technologies for persons with disabilities and the possibility for organizations serving large populations to reach out to many more users anywhere, anytime, from any device and at a lower cost.

The M-Enabling Summit is a joint initiative of the Global Initiative for Inclusive Information and Communication Technologies (G3ict) and E.J. Krause & Associates that will convene the first mobile industry event exclusively dedicated to accessibility and assistive applications and services for seniors and persons with disabilities.
