Deputy Assistant Secretary for Special Education and Rehabilitative Services Sue Swenson will deliver keynote remarks at the 2012 Conference for Indiana Council of Administrators of Special Education (ICASE) on Thursday, Feb. 23 in Indianapolis, Ind. Swenson will discuss proven effective practices, as well as what’s new in special education.

ICASE holds two conferences each year to keep its members informed of the latest issues in special education.
