Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Russlynn Ali will deliver a keynote address to the 25th annual National Conference on Race & Ethnicity in American Higher Education Thursday in New York.
Ali, who heads the Office for Civil Rights, will discuss recent findings from OCR's Civil Rights Data Collection and the impact of those results on policy and enforcement of civil rights laws. More than 2,000 higher education stakeholders are expected, including college presidents, professors, diversity officers, student leaders and social justice workers.
