Eduardo Ochoa, U.S. assistant secretary for postsecondary education, will participate in an open dialogue at the 2012 Frye Leadership Institute Monday in Washington, D.C. Ochoa will discuss the higher education landscape with a focus on policy issues, opportunities for change and the power of collaboration to invoke change.
The institute, hosted by the Council of Library and Information Resources and the nonprofit organization EDUCAUSE, engages individuals who seek to further develop their leadership skills in the context of higher education’s most important issues.
