Assistant Secretary for the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education Deb Delisle will give remarks at the American Association of School Administrators’ (AASA) Legislative Advocacy Conference on Tuesday, July 17, in Washington, D.C. During the session, “Tomorrow is Too Late: What Our Students Need from Us Today,” Delisle will highlight the need for education reform in order to meet the needs of students and to prepare them for the global economy. Additionally, she will discuss the various federal initiatives that impact our school environments and challenge education leaders to make decisions that support all students and educators.
